Sales Executive (Manchester, UK)

You will be responsible for working with the UK sales team to play a critical role in growing the Kids Insights and Parents Insights business, and will be based in our Manchester office.

 

The purpose of the role is to contribute to making each week better than the last, from a sales perspective, driving sales opportunities, initiating relationships and over time building successful long-term relationships – predominately by making contact with potential clients via phone.

 

Key Objectives

  1. To proactively generate sales and build pipeline,
  2. To build the sales pipeline and opportunities for the UK sales team
  3. To coordinate the sales database

 

The Role

This position will be predominately based in our Manchester office, and will occasionally require some travel across the UK, both to clients and to conferences. Much of the sales contact work will be conducted via telephone, Skype, and digital communications, and a tenacious but pragmatic approach will enable you to succeed in this role.

 

There will be significant development opportunities as we grow not just in the UK, with the US already the first stage of our global expansion, so there is plenty of room for professional development

This position is compensated with a combination of base salary and sales commission. You will also share in the company’s financial success through bonuses.

Marketing Coordinator (Manchester, UK)

You will need to be a highly organised individual as you will be responsible for working with a variety of people across the business. You will play a critical support role in providing the sales and account management team with the tools to enable them to engage and influence existing and potential clients. You will be responsible for leading the UK sales for our business and growing the Kids Insights UK and Parents Insights UK business, and will be based either in our Manchester office or from our strategic partners office in London.

 

The purpose of the role is to make each week better than the last, from a sales & marketing perspective, to drive sales opportunities to close, to build successful long-term relationships, and to build a client base that grows through referrals.

The Role

This position will require some travel in the UK and Europe, both to clients and to conferences. The position is based in either at our Manchester office or in central London working from our strategic partners office, but work-at-home is available several days each week under the most responsible circumstances. Much of the sales contact work will be conducted via telephone, Skype, and digital communications, but the importance of in-person contact is both recognized and encouraged.

 

The determination of initial job title (Manager vs. Director) will be based upon by your level of experience. Based upon your success, there will be room for professional growth.

Finance Manager (Manchester, UK)

You will need to be a highly organised individual and you will be responsible for managing the day to day finance across the business and will play a critical role in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as working with our CFO in implementing new and improved financial and management reporting. You will be responsible for transforming a start-up tech business into an international business. You will be based in our Manchester office.
